Address Change within Japan, for mutual fund account holders
Note
- "Apply for Token" and "Apply for GLOBAL PASS" via online banking are unavailable for approximately one week after the address change is complete.
- SMBC Trust Bank Credit Card holders (PRESTIA Visa GOLD CARD or PRESTIA Visa PLATINUM CARD)
You need to separately notify Sumitomo Mitsui Credit Card Co. Ltd. of address change. Please contact phone number on the back side of your credit card (bottom left) for how to change your address with them. - Customers with an intermediary account for financial instruments
You must separately notify SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. about change of address. Please call PRESTIA Phone Investment to request an Address Change Request Form. When you call PRESTIA Phone Investment, please tell the operator whether you have already changed your address with SMBC Trust Bank. - Customers who have purchased an insurance product
You must separately notify the relevant insurance company about change of address. Please contact the underwriting insurance company and perform necessary procedures.

Note

Register/check your registered mobile phone number in Japan and E-mail address.
STEP 3
Select the check box after you agree to the notices, and then click the Next button.
Enter the authentication code sent to your registered E-mail address into the device you are operating.
STEP 4
If you never registered your mobile device or changed the mobile device, press the "Mobile device registration(*)" button.
Access the URL on the SMS sent to you to authenticate your mobile device.
- *Even if the Registration Status of mobile device is Registered, you may need to register your device if you are using a browser different from the one you used at the time of last registation of your mobile device.
STEP 5
Select "Address Change Request *Domestic Only", enter all the required information and click on Submit.
You are prompted to perform the authentication again on your registered mobile device.
STEP 6
A notification message of the receipt of your application will be sent to your registered E-mail address.
STEP 7
It will take approximately 1 week to complete the procedure. Upon completion of the procedure, a notification message will be sent to your registered E-mail address.
If the application needs revision or confirmation, an E-mail message requesting you to revise your application will be sent.

Register Kana Name
This is a form to register your Katakana Name necessary to receive incoming domestic transfers or when applying for direct debit.
