Terms and Conditions

These "SMBC TRUST BANK CUSTOMER AGREEMENTS" will be binding on any customer having an account for deposit with the PRESTIA of SMBC Trust Bank Ltd. A "Branch" will mean a branch of SMBC Trust Bank Ltd. which engages in the business of the PRESTIA.
Those matters not provided for in these Agreements shall be subject to the rules and regulations of clearing houses, general terms and conditions concerning mutual funds transactions, terms and conditions concerning accumulated investments and prospectuses as well as other laws, regulations, and various rules of securities dealers associations, etc.
