SMBC Trust Bank provides compensation for damages incurred by individual theft, counterfeit cash cards, etc., in accordance with the SMBC Trust Bank Cash Card and PRESTIA Gaika Cash Card Terms and Conditions. For more information, please see the individual Terms and Conditions. In addition, for examples of "gross negligence" that could lead to exclusion from compensation, or "negligence" that could reduce the compensation amount, please see "Cases that could be either customer's gross negligence or customer's negligence" below. With regard to individual customers who have experienced unauthorized withdrawals using online banking, the bank will inquire about the status of the damages and investigate how to handle each case individually.
