Mr. Yamaguchi joined Citibank Japan after engaging in the provision of financial services to individual and corporate customers at a Japanese bank.
At Citibank Japan, he was involved in asset management consultation services. Currently, he conducts research and analysis of various financial markets including global/macro economy, equities, bonds and foreign exchanges and develops investment strategies as Chief Market Analyst at SMBC Trust Bank. He also disseminates economic and financial information through Nikkei CNBC and other channels. Mr. Yamaguchi is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan and holds the CFP® certification.

KEIKO NINOMIYA
After joining Citibank Japan, Ms. Ninomiya engaged in inter-bank dealer at Corporate Financial Division and Foreign Exchange Section. Currently, she conducts research and analysis of foreign exchange markets and provides information to individual investors as Senior FX Market Analyst at SMBC Trust Bank. In particular, she specializes in technical analysis. Ms. Ninomiya also disseminates information on foreign exchange markets through Nikkei CNBC and other channels.

YASUHIRO SOBUE
Mr. Sobue conducted financial market research at a securities firm and also worked for an auditing firm. At the latter, he conducted macroeconomic analysis and provided support to sophisticate stress tests for financial institutions mainly by creating macroeconomic scenarios and to develop business plans using scenario analysis.
Currently, Mr. Sobue conducts research and analysis of macroeconomic conditions of each country, as well as of equity and fixed-income markets, and provide information to individual investors as Senior Market Economist at SMBC Trust Bank. Mr. Sobue is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.

Mr. Aizawa joined SMBC Trust Bank after working for about 10 years in investment management at Japanese banks and investment management companies. He worked as a portfolio analyst, advising clients on portfolio and lecturing at seminars.
Currently, Mr. Aizawa is a Senior Market Analyst at SMBC Trust Bank, where he is responsible for research and analysis of macro economy, equity and fixed-income markets and providing information to individual investors.
