If your Cash Card is lost or stolen, please call the lost/stolen cash card emergency number immediately.
You will be able to suspend use of GLOBAL PASS (shopping, overseas ATMs and iD) on the Member's Website.
Please call us to suspend other functions on GLOBAL PASS such as domestic ATM withdrawal.
