Switch to GLOBAL PASS
Cash cards other than GLOBAL PASS have not been available for use at overseas ATMs since October 1, 2021.
Online procedure
Please use online banking to process online.

Go to "Apply for GLOBAL PASS (Multi Currencies Visa Debit with Cash Card)" to switch to GLOBAL PASS.

- *Your current cash card will be automatically deactivated approximately 2 months after you apply for GLOBAL PASS.
- If your registered address is overseas:
Your card will be sent in a blocked status for security reasons. After receiving the card, please follow the procedures here to activate the card.

Reissue Cash Card (GLOBAL PASS)
Note
- You can perform the procedure to reissue the account holder's card or the family card.
- A fee will be required to reissue GLOBAL PASS.
- Debit PIN will remain the same.
- Online procedure is not available when you also need to change Debit PIN or would like to change ANA MILEAGE CLUB GLOBAL PASS to GLOBAL PASS or vice versa. Please proceed to Other methods.
Online procedure
Please use online banking to process online.
STEP 1
Sign on to online banking and go to "Other Services".
For details about the procedure, please see Help "Other Services".
STEP 2
Register/check your registered mobile phone number in Japan and E-mail address.
STEP 3
Select the check box after you agree to the notices, and then click the Next button.
Enter the authentication code sent to your registered E-mail address into the device you are operating.
STEP 4
If you never registered your mobile device or changed the mobile device, press the "Mobile device registration(*)" button.
Access the URL on the SMS sent to you to authenticate your mobile device.
- *Even if the Registration Status of mobile device is Registered, you may need to register your device if you are using a browser different from the one you used at the time of last registation of your mobile device.
STEP 5
Select "Request for reissuance of GLOBAL PASS and/or change of Domestic Cash Card PIN", enter all the required information and press Submit. You are prompted to perform the authentication again on your registered mobile device.
STEP 6
A notification message of the receipt of your application will be sent to your registered E-mail address.
STEP 7
It will take approximately 1 week to complete the procedure. Upon completion of the procedure, a notification message will be sent to your registered E-mail address.
If the application needs revision or confirmation, an E-mail message requesting you to revise your application will be sent.
- If your registered address is overseas:
Your card will be sent in a blocked status for security reasons. After receiving the card, please follow the procedures here to activate the card.

Apply for Family Card
A fee will be required to issue a Family Card. Family members must be 16 years old or older to apply. (High school students under the age of 16 may apply.) Switching over from a supplementary card issued before September 30, 2019 to a Family Card is free of charge.
