Error messages and respective error codes
when using PRESTIA Online and/or PRESTIA Mobile or SMBC Trust Bank App

This page lists common error codes, their cause, and how to resolve them.

POSNIN110		 Sign On was unsuccessful due to one of the following reason(s) below:
1) User ID not registered
2) User ID entered incorrect
3) Password entered incorrect
4) Service suspended because incorrect Password input attempts exceeded the limit.		 Please check your inputs.
If you have not registered User ID before, please create User ID and Password from "First Time User Registration" on Sign On menu.
In case you are not sure of User ID registered, please follow "Forgot User ID" link on Sign On menu to check your User ID.
If Password is uncertain, please re-register new one from "Forgot Password on Sign On menu.		 Sign On
POSNIN111 User ID registered cannot be recognized. If it is your first time registering User ID, please create and register User ID and password from "First Time User Registration" menu.
If you already registered User ID before, please try again later.		 Sign On
POSNIN112 Yen Savings account number used when you created User ID cannot be recognized. Please check whether Yen Savings account used when you created User ID is closed or not. If it is closed, you can use another existing Yen Savings account to create User ID. If so, please create and register new User ID and password from "First Time User Registration" menu. Sign On
POSNIN113 Currently, PRESTIA Online is unavailable on your account. Please call PRESTIA Online Helpdesk for assistance.

POSNIN114 Either incorrect OTP and/or Transaction Signing Code input attempts exceeded the limit specified by PRESTIA, and your access to PRESTIA Online is blocked. Please call PRESTIA Online Helpdesk for assistance.

POSNIN127 Incorrect Telephone Personal Identification Number(T-PIN) attempts exceeded the limit specified, and therefore your access to PRESTIA Online is blocked. Please call PRESTIA Online Helpdesk for assistance.

POPWIN115 Either branch name and/or account number is incorrect. Please check your branch name and account number, and try again. Forgot Password

- Special characters are not allowed.

POUTIN104 Either branch name and/or account number is incorrect. Please check your branch name and account number and try again. User Registration
POUTIN203 User ID you tried to register cannot be used.
Please try another User ID.		 - Your User ID must be composed of 6 to 50 single-byte letters and numbers.
- Special characters are not allowed except: "at mark"(@), period(.) or underscore(_).
- 3 successive alphabets or numbers are not allowed. Example: "abc" "cba" or "123" "321" . Additionally, 3 same alphabets or numbers or special characters are not allowed. Example: "aaa" or "333" or "@@@".		 User Registration
POUTIN206 Password you tried to register cannot be used.
Please try another password.		 - Your password must be a combination of 6 to 20 single-byte letters and numbers.
