When you start a foreign currency time deposit, an add-on interest rate is added to the base interest rate depending on the amount you deposit. If you begin an eligible foreign currency time deposit with Yen funds, an add-on interest rate "ENJOY PLUS" is added to the base interest rate until the first maturity date.

Foreign Currency Time Deposit Interest Rates
- Above interest rates are annual pretax interest rates. In principle, interest is subject to a 20.315% withholding tax (National tax 15.315% and Local tax 5%) for individual customers. Comprehensive income taxation applies to corporate customers. The tax rate etc. may change in the future due to reasons such as revision of tax laws.
- Interest rates are changed according to market fluctuation and are subject to change without notice at any time.
- In the case of auto-renewal, the interest rate for the same Foreign Currency Time Deposit term and the currency on offer on each maturity date shall apply. When auto-renewal does not apply, the savings interest rate of the account to which the maturity funds are credited to will apply on and after the maturity date.
Add-on Interest Rates
- When you start a time deposit with ENJOY PLUS via online banking or PRESTIA Phone Banking Automated Voice Guidance Service (0120-110-330), please make a deposit by transferring funds directly from your Yen Savings Account or PRESTIA MultiMoney Yen Savings Account. Please note that if you use funds in your Foreign Currency Savings Account in order to start a time deposit in the same foreign currency, add-on interest rates are not applied to your time deposit.
- ENJOY PLUS add-on interest rates apply only to individual customers. PRESTIA DIGITAL GOLD, PRESTIA GOLD and PRESTIA GOLD PREMIUM customers may receive an even higher add-on interest rate as "ENJOY PLUS Gold".
- Add-on interest rates might be revised without notice due to changes in the market environment, among other reasons.
