Fund Transfer and Remittance Payee Registration

  • *We only accept below fund transfer request by postal mail.
    • Fund transfer which amount is over equivalent to 10 million yen or more.
    • Domestic remittance to other bank in foreign currency.
    • Foreign exchange yen clearing.
    • Fund transfer due to the account closure.

    Please take a photocopy of your application form before you send since customer copy will not be provided.
    Kindly confirm the amount of the remittance on your statement or account details and activities of online banking.

    Please return this form with the application for Cross Border Transfer. To make a fund transfer, the application for Cross Border Transfer and Notice on Transactions including Overseas Transfers and Non-Japanese Yen related Transactions are required.

    Request Forms are read-only. Please print the form, fill it in completely, and mail it to the address below. Request forms can be accepted by mail only. We do not accept these forms at branches, by facsimile or e-mail.

Address Change

  1. 1If you do not have a mutual fund account with us, please make a change of address with us through PRESTIA Online (move within Japan). Or you can download, type in your information (Account holder's name and registered signature must be handwritten), and submit an "Address Change Request" form. Customers who would change his or her jurisdiction of residence may be asked to submit Self Certification under the "Common Reporting Standard" (Voluntary Notification or Notification of Change). Please call PRESTIA Phone Banking at 0120-110-330.
  • NOTE: Once your address change request is processed, the followings in our online banking menu will be disabled approximately for 3 weeks.
