Dear Customers,

Thank you for banking with SMBC Trust Bank PRESTIA.

We will delete the e-mail addresses and the delivery settings of customers who are not receiving alert e-mails from us.

If you wish to continue using our Alert Service, please check your registered email address and update it with a valid one by 9:00pm on Sunday, November 10, 2024.

Online banking is available for this procedure. Please see Help for the instructions.

- *If you have applied for PRESTIA Insight, the service will be canceled after your email address and delivery setting are deleted.
E-mail Address To Be Deleted

Email addresses that did not receive alert emails from us between January 1, 2022 and August 29, 2024.
- *E-mail addresses registered for services other than Alert Service are not deleted.
- *If you update your email address with a valid one by 9:00pm on Sunday, November 10, 2024, it will not be deleted.
