Visit our branches or inquire PRESTIA Phone Banking. We accept a request for GLOBAL PASS cancellation and issue a domestic use-only card instead.

  • * If you cancel your GLOBAL PASS, accumulated cashback amount at the time of cancellation (deposited amount or scheduled mile rewards) will be completely invalidated.
  • * Your family card will also be cancelled when you cancel your main card.
  • Lost or stolen card

Lost or stolen card

If your card is lost or stolen, please call the police and the number below immediately.
You can suspend the usage for shopping and overseas ATMs on:
GLOBAL PASS Member's Website > Manage Services > Change Card Status.
