  • No ATM service fee is charged to make deposits or withdrawals at SMBC Trust Bank branches installed ATMs and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation ATMs
  • At other affiliated domestic ATMs, including "E-net" ATMs that their networks are run or connected by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, a fee ranging from 110 yen (including tax) to 330 yen (including tax) will be charged depending on the time period, except for the following cases.
    • Customers who have opened a new account: free (or reimbursed)*1 up to 20 times per month until the end of the third month including the account opening month. In the case of opening an account via internet, you can use ATMs free (or reimbursed)*1 up to 100 times per month until the end of the sixth month including the account opening month.
    • PRESTIA DIGITAL GOLD / PRESTIA GOLD / PRESTIA GOLD PREMIUM customers: free (or reimbursed)*1 up to 100 times per month.
  • *1At Seven Bank and Japan Post Bank ATMs, the fee becomes free. At other affiliated domestic ATMs, including "E-net" ATMs run or connected by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, the fee will be reimbursed. In the case of reimbursement, a balance of 5,000 yen or more is required in the Yen Savings Account from which the withdrawal will be made.

    • ATM hours of operation are shown for locations with the longest hours of operation. Actual hours of operation vary by location.
    • A maximum of 50 bills can be withdrawn or deposited at once. Fees are charged each time an applicable transaction is performed.
