The simulation neither provides conditions of an actual loan agreement nor makes warranty of any loan agreement. Use it for informational purposes only to review your repayment plan.
  • We may not be able to accept your loan application depending on the results of a screening.
  • The interest rate as of the date of agreement will apply. The actual repayment amount may differ from the simulation result depending on future interest rate fluctuations.
  • The borrowing rate of interest is determined based on the standard rate of an individual product as of the month of agreement instead of application. The standard rates are reviewed on a monthly basis.
  • The simulation result is based on an assumption that the initial interest rate is applied after the initial applicable interest rate period ends. Actual interest rates to be applied after the initial applicable interest rate period ends may be reviewed depending on the conditions.
  • The simulation uses the equal repayments of principal and interest method, assuming that bonus repayments are made semi-annually during the loan period. See "Housing Loan Information Memorandum" and "Housing Loan Interest Rate Plan" for details of the interest rate plan, conditions to be applied, precautions and other details.
  • Breakdown of fees
    • There are two options for administrative fees: A Plan "Interest Rate Focused Plan" which asks 2.2% of the total loan amount (including tax) and B Plan "Initial Cost Focused Plan" which asks 22,000 yen (including tax).
    • Compensation for judicial scrivener, costs for setting collateral, costs for cancelling the registration of collateral, revenue stamps, etc., may vary for each case.
    • The amount of registration and license tax is based on the agreement amount multiplied by 0.4%*. (*Tax rate reduction measure is not considered.)
    • The above costs are approximations. Actual costs may differ from the simulation result.
