Card issuance fees are free

We announced earlier that the card issuance fees were waived for a while. And we would like to inform you that these fees shall to shall remain free even after this as well.

Date: July 1, 2025 (already waived since August 16, 2024)

Even if our website, application forms or documents previously distributed mention card issuance fees, there shall be no card issuance fees.

Applicable requests :

All types of card issuance/reissuance requests including the requests below.

• Changing the type of GLOBAL PASS
• Issuance of Family Card
• Issuance of a supplementary card

Notice

• *Reissuance fees that had been received in the past shall not be refunded.
