We have sent "Notice about the change of your status" in April 2024 and "Reminding You about the Change of Status" in August 2024 to such customers.
Due to the status change, the benefits and privileges of the affected customer's account have been changed. Accordingly, depending on your balance and conditions, a monthly account maintenance fee of 2,200 yen (including tax), postal delivery fee of statements of 220 yen (including tax) per statement, etc., may be charged.

About the Monthly Account Maintenance Fee
- By switching to e-statements, the postal delivery fee of statements will not be charged. For details about the procedure, please see here.
*Details about the fee - You can continue to use your cash card after the status change. Therefore, we will not ship a new card. The benefits of GLOBAL PASS will be provided according to your new status regardless of the type of card you have.

- If you would like to have your status upgraded to PRESTIA GOLD/PRESTIA GOLD PREMIUM again, you need to apply at a branch or by phone. For details, please see here. Please note that the bank may be unable to provide you with the status based on comprehensive judgment.
For upgrade to PRESTIA DIGITAL GOLD, that status will be applied automatically by the 20th of each month if you meet the requirements previous month.
