In recent years, we have been expanding our online banking (PRESTIA Online, PRESTIA Mobile, and SMBC Trust Bank App) services, which let customers make transactions and complete procedures on their own, enhancing the customer experience. As the number of online banking users have increased, we are to limit our 24-hour services to emergencies such as lost or stolen Cash Card, while changing other service hours by operators and Automated Voice Guidance as follows from July 2024.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
