Dear Customer:
Thank you very much for banking with SMBC Trust Bank PRESTIA.
On November 24th, overseas yen remittance, currently accepted only at our branches or by mail, is to be available via PRESTIA Online or PRESTIA Mobile. - If you have a PRESTIA token which is available by applying for the "One Time Password (OTP) Service" from PRESTIA Online, you can complete the registration via PRESTIA Online (*2,*3).
- *1Remittances that cannot be accepted via the Internet or by telephone, including a domestic remittance to other bank in foreign currency and foreign exchange yen clearing, will continue to be accepted by postal mail.
- *2We will continue to accept payee registration only by postal mail for the following currencies: Thai Baht, Singapore Dollars, Chinese Yuan Offshore, Turkish Lira, Mexican Peso, Swedish Krona, and Danish Krone. Requests for sending these currencies after the registration has been completed are available by telephone.
