Notification regarding partial change in statement issuance frequency.(Re-posting)

Thank you very much for banking with SMBC Trust Bank PRESTIA.
From April 1st, 2020, the frequency of statement issuance will be changed as follows.

Statement	Statement of a particular month can be viewed after approximately 5 business days of the following month. Statements will be finalized at the end of the month and issued on a monthly basis. For customers with no transaction and no mutual fund balance, statement will be issued only on March and September. Torihikizandaka-hokokusho	Torihikizandaka-hokokusho of a particular month can be viewed after approximately 5 business days of the following month. If you have mutual funds, Torihikizandaka-hokokusho will be finalized at the final business day of the month and issued on a monthly basis. Torihikizandaka-hokokusho is issued together with the Statement. For customers with no mutual fund balance, it will be issued only on March.	No Change

Torihikizandaka-hokokusho of a particular month can be viewed after approximately 5 business days of the following month.
If you have mutual funds, Torihikizandaka-hokokusho will be finalized at the final business day of the month and issued on a monthly basis.

Torihikizandaka-hokokusho is issued together with the Statement. For customers with no mutual fund balance, it will be issued only on March.

No Change

Please note that there is no change in the issuance frequency for customers who have transaction or who have Mutual Fund account balance.
