Notice regarding identification documents for applying a new account through internet and the scheduled system maintenance

Dear customers,

Please be informed that due to the amendment to the "Act on the Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds", which takes effect on April, 2020, we would request you to submit two identification documents (IDs) when applying for a new account via internet on and after Wednesday, March 18, 2020.
Please be aware that even if you have applied for a new account before Tuesday, March 17, 2020, but do not complete the account opening procedure by Thursday, March 19, 2020, you will need to submit two IDs.

Also, due to a system maintenance, applications for opening an account through internet will be unavailable during the following time period:

8:00a.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2020 - 9:00a.m. on Monday, March 30 (Planned)
