Cards to be terminated: following Cash Card issued before October 1, 2019 including any Supplementary Card.

• ①BANKING CARD (International Cash Card)
• ②PRESTIA Gaika Cash Card (US Dollar Payment Cash Card)

GLOBAL PASS (Multi Currencies Visa Debit with Cash Card) will be the only card available to use at overseas ATMs from October 2021. Switching to a new card before the expiry date is highly recommended.
If your card has GLOBAL PASS logo on it, you do not have to switch the card.

Notes for switching cards

• When you switch your current Cash Card to GLOBAL PASS, your current Cash Card (including Supplementary Card) use will be terminated at domestic ATMs and J-Debit merchants two months later.
• Cash Cards other than GLOBAL PASS are no longer available overseas from October 2021. However, you can continue to use your current Cash Card at domestic ATMs and J-Debit merchants.
• If you currently have any Supplementary Card, please switch it to GLOBAL PASS Family Card along with your Cash Card. Please note that those under the age of sixteen (except high school students) are ineligible to apply for GLOBAL PASS Family Card.
• If you have more than one Japanese Yen Savings Account(i.e. you have more than one Banking Card), you can switch only one card to GLOBAL PASS. Cash Cards other than GLOBAL PASS are no longer available overseas from October 2021. You can continue to use it in Japan.
