Card issuance fees are free for the time being

We issue cards free of charge for the time being.

We expand the scope of the applicable requests in the announcement previously posted. All types of request for card issuance are free for the time being.

Start date : August 16, 2024

The fee will not be charged for issuance requests accepted or received on or after the start date.

When we resume charging the fee, we will make an announcement on our website in advance.

Applicable requests :

All types of card issuance/reissuance request(Including changing the type of GLOBAL PASS, or issuance of Family Card or a supplementary card)

Notice

• *We may not accept to reissue GLOBAL PASS for free at our discretion, for example, when frequent reissuance requests are made without a convincing reason in a short period of time.
• *In any case, reissuance fee that has been charged before the start date cannot be refunded.
