The GLOBAL PASS reissuance fee is free for time being

We reissue GLOBAL PASS without charging the reissuance fee (1,100 yen incl. tax) for the time being.

Start date : June 10, 2024

The fee will not be charged for reissuance requests accepted or received on or after the start date.

When we resume charging the fee, we will make an announcement on our website in advance.

Applicable requests :

Reissuance of GLOBAL PASS, including reissuance due to Debit PIN change and of Family Cards
Reissuance of the same type of GLOBAL PASS only

Fee still charged

• Changing of the type of GLOBAL PASS: from GLOBAL PASS (standard type) to ANA MILEAGE CLUB GLOBAL PASS, or vice versa
• Issuing a new Family Card

Notice

• *We may not accept to reissue GLOBAL PASS for free at our discretion, for example, when frequent reissuance requests are made without a convincing reason in a short period of time.
• *In any case, reissuance fee that has been charged before the start date cannot be refunded.
