Paperless Shift/Webpage Redesigning of Terms and Conditions.

Thank you very much for banking with SMBC Trust Bank PRESTIA.
Please be informed that our printed based Terms and Conditions (handed out at the time of account opening and transaction applications, etc.) will be no longer distributed from April 1, 2021. Along with this, we will be releasing the new Terms and Conditions page on our website for a better browsing.
Please kindly refer to our website for each agreement after this change. This action will be a part of our challenges to contribute towards the environmental protection.

1. Date of paperless shift/new webpage:

April 1, 2021 (planned)

2. Terms and Conditions to shift paperless:

  • SMBC Trust Bank Customer Agreements*1
  • GLOBAL PASS Membership Terms and Conditions/ Banking Card Terms and Conditions*2
  • Terms and Conditions for PRESTIA Gaika Cash Card
  • *1Each agreement (PDF) will be posted on the webpage separately from April 1, 2021. Some phrases have been modified due to this change, but these modifications will not affect the intents of any agreement.

    For details, please refer to the attached files at the end of this notice.

  • *2For customers who have not yet switched to GLOBAL PASS;
    The agreements will shift to paperless from a direct mail (GLOBAL PASS switching notification) planned to be sent on March 2021.

  • If you would like to have a printed material, please visit our branch or call us.
