Discontinuation of the provision of Global Support Program services

Due to impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, the provision of Global Support Program services will be discontinued.

The timing of the service discontinuation will be as follows:

Service	Discontinued date
Introduction to US Citibank® branches	New requests will not be accepted after January 15, 2021
Use of Citigold Lounges	Unavailable after January 15, 2021 (Application of a new issuance of Citigold Lounge Pass, the membership card, will not be accepted after January 15, 2021)
Surcharge-free ATM withdrawals with the use of GLOBAL PASS	Available until January 15 23:59(time), 2021 Japan time
