Regarding available services including account closure at mini-branches(Re-posting)

Please confirm the available services at our mini-branches.

• Services
  Only account opening and asset management consultation.
  * Cash and other transactions cannot be performed at mini-branch counters.
  * Traveler's checks and bank checks are not accepted.
  

It might not be able to complete transactions (i.e. account closure) which require fund transfers and/or cash-related transactions on the same day since there are no teller counters at mini-branches.
