Do you have any accounts which you have not withdrawn from or made deposits in and the balances have been unchanged for a long time?

We continue to keep such accounts. If you have such an account with SMBC Trust Bank, we are able to refund the balance after confirming coincidence that you are the account holder with verifying your resistered seal/signature, etc.

If your deposit has been placed into a dormant status based on the Dormant Deposit Utilization Act, you can still receive a refund through our bank.

In case you cannot find your resistered seal, please bring your ID, branch name and the account number to a neighborhood branch of SMBC Trust Bank to ask for a refund. We can give you a refund once we have confirmed that you are the owner of the relevant account.
