      Taking the enhanced features now available through online banking into account, we will discontinue transaction services via automated voice guidance. In the future, voice guidance will only prompt you to select an inquiry menu before connecting you to an operator.

    3. Request to Customers

      We kindly ask you to make use of our online banking as an alternative, which is available 24 hours a day. Operator-assisted telephone consultations and transactions will continue to be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause to customers who have long used our automated voice guidance menu.
