Announcement of GLOBAL PASS Start Program revision

June, 2024

Dear Customer,

Thank you for banking with SMBC Trust Bank.
Starting July 1, 2024 (Monday), the "GLOBAL PASS Start Program" will be revised. The details of the revision are as follows.

Award conditions
<Before revision>

  • 20 US Dollar cash award: spend 50,000 - less than 100,000 yen equivalent in total
  • 50 US Dollar cash award: spend 100,000 yen equivalent or above in total

<After revision>

  • 10 US Dollar cash award: spend 30,000 yen equivalent or above in total

Conditions to be applied
If the contract date printed on the card mount is on and before June 28, 2024. ⇒ Award conditions before the revision will apply.
If the contract date printed on the card mount is on and after July 1, 2024 ⇒ Award condition after the revision will apply.

  • *If the procedure is completed on or after June 27th, the contract date will be July 2024 or after. As it may take time to complete application procedures for GLOBAL PASS, please apply well in advance. The contract date is printed on the sheet from which you peeled GLOBAL PASS off when you first received the card.
