Please pay attention to the battery life of token

Dear Customers,

A token is required when using e-Form via PRESTIA Online or PRESTIA Mobile, such as for transferring funds to bank accounts that have not been registered in advance ( Domestic Fund Transfer to Unregistered Payee). The life of the token battery is generally about five years. Customers who have used the token for several years should pay attention to the remaining life of the current token battery.
Customers who would like to continue to use a token after the battery in the current token runs out must apply for a new token. If the following message is displayed, contact the PRESTIA Online Helpdesk, we will explain the procedure for obtaining a new token. After you apply for a new token, it takes about one week for it to arrive.

  • Please be aware that we cannot accept requests for a new token from the following types of customers.
    • Non-resident customers
    • Customers who have registered an overseas address
Approximate remaining battery life When the battery is close to running out and you push the OTP button in the lower right corner, the image in the red box to the right will be displayed before the One Time Password is displayed. As the charge on the battery is used up, the display will change as follows: bAtt 5, bAtt 4, bAtt 3,bAtt 2, bAtt 1,bAtt 0.
