Public-Private Partnership Fund for Promoting Affordable Housing Supply
Through our participation in "Public-Private Partnership Fund for Promoting Affordable Housing Supply" established by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, we serve as asset manager of the fund and its real estate, contributing to the creation of a new model that supports secure and comfortable living environments for families with children and others.
Referral of Philanthropy Advisory Specialists
We support customers interested in social contribution or engage in philanthropy by introducing them to expert advisors and helping them connect their assets to solutions for social issues.

Donation via "TABLE FOR TWO (TFT) " Program
We donate a portion of the proceeds from healthy meals purchased at our staff cafeteria and from items bought from office vending machines to TABLE FOR TWO International. These donations are used to support school meal programs for children in developing countries.
- *"TABLE FOR TWO" is a social contribution activity based on the concept of "sharing meals" between people in developed countries and children in developing countries. While promoting healthy eating habits in developed countries, TFT delivers school meals to children in developing countries.

Financial and economic education
With the addition of a course on asset building to high school home economics classes from FY2022, financial institutions are expected to offer school visits. In cooperation with SMBC CONSUMER FINANCE, SMBC Trust Bank provides financial and economic education to support students, who are the future leaders of our society, to help them acquire correct knowledge about finance and to learn how to use money appropriately.
In addition, some lectures are conducted in English.

Supporting young artists "PRESTIA Art Branch NEXT"
As part of our support activities for young artists, we support students who aspire to the arts by exhibiting works from Joshibi University of Art and Design and Osaka University of Arts at our Head Office and Osaka Office.
In addition, the PRESTIA branch exhibits works by Osaka University of Arts students as the "PRESTIA Art Branch NEXT" to support the next generation of artists.
Support for sports for people with disabilities
We support the "Japan GoalBall Association," a general incorporated association that is dedicated to the promotion and strengthening of goalball, as an official top partner.
Additionally, we are actively engaged in the employment of people with disabilities, including athletes who participate in goalball, a Paralympic sport.
