About program

Eligible customers

Customers who signed up for a GLOBAL PASS (including ANA MILEAGE CLUB GLOBAL PASS) for the first time

Eligible spending period

Until the last day of the third month from the contract date^*1 (Eligible transactions will be those confirmed based on the Japan Standard Time).

• *1 The contract date is printed on the sheet from which you peeled GLOBAL PASS off when you first received the card.
  Ex. If the contract date is January 25, the spending period will end on March 31.

Award conditions / details

During the spending period, use your GLOBAL PASS for domestic / overseas payment (stores and online) and meeting the condition below:

1. (a) 20 US Dollar cash award: spend 50,000 - less than 100,000 yen equivalent in total
2. (b) 50 US Dollar cash award: spend 100,000 yen equivalent or above in total

• *ANA MILEAGE CLUB GLOBAL PASS holders will be also awarded by cash back.
• *The cash award of either 20 US Dollar or 50 US Dollar will be given to the main card holder only once.
• *When being deducted from PRESTIA MultiMoney Foreign Currency Savings Account, the equivalent amount of Japanese yen will be calculated at an exchange rate determined by Visa.

• Visa debit use of Account Funding Transaction / Original Credit Transactions

How and timing of award

The cash award will be deposited to your PRESTIA MultiMoney USD Savings Deposit account by the last day of the eighth month from the contract date at the latest.
Ex. If the contract date is January 25, the cash award will be deposited by September 30 at the latest.

Notes about this program

• Please note that if any of the followings apply to you, you will not be eligible for the program:
  • When you cancel your GLOBAL PASS (including ANA MILEAGE CLUB GLOBAL PASS) before you receive the award.
  • When you close your PRESTIA account before you receive the award.
  • If the total spending amount is less than 50,000 yen equivalent.
    • *Please note that only finalized transactions are eligible for this program even debited during the program period.
• If you have held GLOBAL PASS (including ANA MILEAGE CLUB GLOBAL PASS) in the past, the contract date of GLOBAL PASS that you had at the first time is the start date of this program. The start date of the program will not be updated even if GLOBAL PASS is reissued or changed card type.
• Family card's spending is added to main card's spending.
• The calculation is based on the date of the Sales Confirmation Notice received by the Bank from the merchant.
• Please check your Visa and iD usage status on GLOBAL PASS Member's Website, and J-Debit usage status on online banking.
• In case of canceling payments after the program, the amount will be deducted from the eligible transaction. (The increase or decrease in the payment amount generated between the eligible spending period and the process of the cash award is also subject to the total eligible payment amount.)
• Request for receiving cash award in Japanese Yen or other foreign currencies cannot be accepted.
• Transactions that SMBC Trust Bank deem to be invalid are not eligible.
• Any outstanding transactions must be redeemed before you receive the benefit.
• Note that the program may be discontinued or changed (including its content or duration) at any time without prior notice. Also note that similar programs may be held after this one has ended.
• Please contact your nearest tax office for details about how the benefits you receive through this program should be handled in terms of taxations.
• As it may take time to complete application procedures for GLOBAL PASS, please apply well in advance. You can also apply for GLOBAL PASS via the Internet by following a set of simple procedures.
