Notice of the change in customer-facing names of our mini branches

Dear Customers

Customer-facing names of the following mini branches will be changed to "Consulting Office (Mini Branch)" from July 17, 2018.

Consulting Office (Mini Branch) is a specialized consulting branch focusing on consultation such as asset management and housing loan. Some operations will be unavailable including withdrawal / deposit by cash at the counter.

Please note that services and transactions will remain the same and no actions are required due to this change. When making fund transfer to an account of the consulting office (Mini branch) concerned, please use the existing name of "Mini branch".
