Regarding the issues with PRESTIA Alert Service emails related to Order Watch

Dear our valued customers,

Please be informed that, during the period between April 7, 2018 (Sat) and May 22, 2018 (Tue), PRESTIA Alert Service emails related to information about Order Watch were not delivered to customers, and the emails that were supposed to be sent out during this period were mailed out on May 22 (Tue) around 16:40.

PRESTIA Alert Service is now fully restored, and emails are being delivered with no issues.

Please note that there was no impact on Order Watch transactions.
