Important notice about changes of instruction details for Overseas Telegraphic Transfer to SMBC Trust Bank PRESTIA Account

Dear valued customer,

As we have announced on our Website, etc., SMBC Trust Bank will transit to a new system from Saturday July 14, 2018 through Monday July 16 (public holiday), 2018.

Due to the system transition, the intermediary bank for overseas fund transfers will be changed as follows. If you have plans to receive fund transfers from overseas on or after Tuesday July 17, 2018, please notify the party making the transfer as well as the sending bank in advance about the new intermediary bank. However if the funds arriving via new intermediary bank before this system transition, intermediary bank fee may be charged.

Only information on the intermediary bank will be changed, and other information will remain the same. Please note that, if you do not specify the new intermediary bank on or after Tuesday July 17, 2018, the funds may be delayed or returned to the sender.

Changes of the remittance telegram for receiving fund transfers from overseas

Please ask the party making the transfer to change the intermediary bank as follows for fund transfers on or after Tuesday July 17, 2018.
