Regarding the issues with Premium Deposits

To our customers,

From 17:00 to 21:40 on Thursday March 29, 2018, we have recently experienced difficulties affecting Premium Deposits (Structured Deposit with FX Option) transaction at all SMBC Trust Bank PRESTIA branches, PRESTIA Phone Banking and on PRESTIA Online.

The matter has since been resolved and services are fully restored.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused due to this.
