Notice regarding deletion of registered payees for "overseas remittance by telephone/internet"

To our valued customers,

Thank you for banking with SMBC Trust Bank PRESTIA.

We are trying to update our customers' overseas remittance registration content to the latest information in order to ensure legal compliance such as the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act.

According to our latest review regarding all our customers' overseas remittance registrations, we have identified registrations that have never been used for remittance, where there has been remittance but a certain period of time has elapsed since registration, or the registered information is no longer adequate for future overseas remittance.
As shown below, these registered payees will be deleted as of May 21, 2017. We very much appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

To make overseas remittances by telephone or Internet to a payee that is planned for deletion, please register the payee again. To register a payee, you can either print off the "Overseas Remittance Registration/ Deletion Application" from our website and send it by postal mail, or if you have a token you may also use e-Forms/Overseas Remittance Registration(Foreign Currency) on PRESTIA Online by the end of April, 2017.
