Please provide your Individual Number based on the Amended Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure and the Act on Management of Deposit and Saving Accounts by Use of Individual Numbers based on the Will of Depositors.

• The Individual Number may be used to identify your account for the uses stated in the Income Tax Act, Public Assistance Act, Deposit Insurance Act, and other laws.
• In case of disaster or inheritance, the Individual Number may be used to identify the account and enable the account holder or the inheritor(s) to obtain the relevant information on the account.

Instructions to submit your Individual Number will be provided via e-mail after account opening.
