  • Please keep your mobile phone free from malicious applications or programs. We strongly recommend you install security software provided by your phone company or a trusted provider.
  • If your smartphone with the App installed has passed into the hands of a third party and your primary PIN comes to the knowledg of them, the online banking services of SMBC Trust Bank ("the online banking") may become available to them, which could lead to a leakage of your information and a looss and damage incurred by you. Pay extra care and keep your smartphone safe.
  • If your smartphone with the App installed was lost or stolen, it is highly suggested that you contact your phone company and suspend the service immediately.
  • Make sure you delete the App before discarding or selling your phone.
  • Changing of your User ID or password requires you to change the authentication information registered for the App in accordance with the method prescribed by SMBC Trust Bank. A failure to do so or a use of incorrect authentication information may lead to the expiration of your authentication data registered with SMBC Trust Bank.
  • The App and the online banking are separate services and therefore the suspension of the App services will not automatically suspend the online banking. If you wish to suspend the service altogether, separate request needs to be made.
  • SMBC Trust Bank are not responsible of any damages you may incur due to thefts, misuses, or uses by third parties or unauthorized access to your App's device, unless the damages are attributable to the negligence of SMBC Trust Bank.
    If you are otherwise unable to use the App for any of the following reasons, smack Trust Bank are not be responsible for damages you may incur as well:
    • (1) A disaster, an incident, a measure taken by a court or other public organizations, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
    • (2) A trouble with a communications device, communications line, or a computer, or with a means of communications such as disconnection of a telephone service.
    • (3) A change in configuration of the App's device or other user environments, or upgrading of the App, etc.
    • (4) A reason attributable to the providers of the App we are affiliated with or other third parties.
  • If you find that your authentication information registered with SMBC Trust Bank could be counterfeited, altered, stolen or unjustly used, you should take measures such as temporarily suspend your use of the online banking by the method prescribed by SMBC Trust Bank at your own judgment and responsibility.
    If your authentication information registered with SMBC Trust Bank or other information registered on the App is subject to forgery, alteration, theft, or unauthorized use, etc., SMBC Trust Bank are not responsible for the damage you may incur, unless the damage is due to the negligence of SMBC Trust Bank.
  • You shall use the App at your own responsibility. SMBC Trust Bank and its trustees will not take any responsibility for the outcome of your transactions conducted based on any product information displayed on or through the functions of the App, unless the outcome is attributable to the negligence of SMBC Trust Bank. If you need the accurate latest information on the above, you should directly access the online banking.
  • The App is free of charge, except for connection fees necessary for downloading, upgrading, reconfiguring and using the App, which shall be borne by you.
  • The App provides links to various pages for other services. For using such other services, you may need other downloads.
  • Unless it is due to the negligence of SMBC Trust Bank, SMBC Trust Bank shall not be liable for any losses you may sustain due to any malfunction of the App (error or omission of information displayed, failure of transaction requests to be met, and leakage of information, etc.) or any impact of the App on the App Terminal, or any damage you may incur due to the App provider's system issues, or any other damage you may inflict in connection with your use of the App.

  • Unlike traditional mobile phones, smartphones have functions similar to personal computers. Please take security measures for your smartphone like your personal computer.
  • For using the online banking, you may be required to make a separate request. Some time intervals and banking services are not available for the online banking. Please check in advance for service hours and other details of the online banking.
    Your use of the App may update your online banking transaction history.
