From 16:30 on Friday February 9, 2018 to 17:00 on Saturday February 10, 2018, some SMBC Trust Bank PRESTIA’s services will be suspended or limited due to planned system maintenance.
Please note that during this time it will not be possible to make new Order Watch orders, to cancel orders or to change validity periods via all transaction channels.
Order monitoring (determination of whether or not the target rate has been reached) will continue from about 16:30 on February 9, 2018 (Fri) to 5:00am on February 10, 2018 (Sat) even while the service is suspended.
Orders that are determined to have reached the target rate during the above period will not be executed at the reaching point, but instead will be executed in the afternoon on February 10 (Sat) after cancelling the original Order.
Please note that in case of alert service users, “cancellation” alert email might be delivered and “execution” alert email will not be delivered. Please confirm the executed transactions with your monthly statement.
