Campaign Period

Eligible Customers

• Customers who pay with GLOBAL PASS for the first time during the campaign period
• Customers who did not pay with GLOBAL PASS for one year between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 (both domestically and internationally)

Conditions

Pay with GLOBAL PASS at least 5 times AND totally 50,000 yen or more during the campaign period (Payments using either Visa Debit, iD or J-Debit at stores (including online stores) that use the domestic settlement service are eligible for this campaign.)

Benefits

• Cash award of 2,000 yen
*ANA MILEAGE CLUB GLOBAL PASS card holders will also receive a cash award.

Ineligible Transactions

Payments at merchants that use foreign settlement services, and use of ATMs (both in Japan and overseas)
Some merchants in Japan may be using foreign settlement services.
(Example) Certain foreign-affiliated food delivery services, online stores, taxi services, hotels/resort facilities, airlines, etc. (You are eligible for regular cash back/ANA miles benefit when you use your GLOBAL PASS at merchants that use foreign settlement services.)

Method/Timing of providing benefit

The cash award will be deposited to your Yen Savings account by the end of June 2022.
*Please note that the timing of the provision of cash award may be delayed.

Notes about this campaign

• Please note that if any of the following applies to you, the benefit will not be provided:
  • when you cancel your GLOBAL PASS (including ANA MILEAGE CLUB GLOBAL PASS) before you receive the benefit.
  • when you close your PRESTIA account before you receive the benefit.
  • when the total usage amount is less than the designated amount.

  * Please note that transactions must be finalized to be eligible for this campaign, even when the usage amount is instantly deducted from your account.

• Family card's spending is added to the main card's spending.
• Please check your usage amount on GLOBAL PASS Member's Website (excluding payments using J-Debit).
• If you cancel payments or return your purchase, such transactions will not be eligible for this campaign.
• Transactions that SMBC Trust Bank deems to be invalid are not eligible.
• Any outstanding transactions must be settled before you receive the benefit.
• Please note that this campaign may be discontinued or changed (including its content or duration) at any time without prior notice. Also note that similar campaigns may be held after this one has ended.
• Please contact your nearest tax office for details about how the benefits you receive through this campaign should be handled in terms of taxations.
• For customers who are US persons (US citizens, US residents or Green Card holders), the cash award will be included in the annual reporting to IRS as your income.
• As it may take time to complete application procedures for GLOBAL PASS, please apply well in advance. You can also apply for GLOBAL PASS via the Internet by following a set of simple procedures.
